The Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAbs) test detects antibodies against thyroglobulin, a protein involved in thyroid hormone production. Elevated TgAbs levels may indicate autoimmune thyroid conditions, such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis or Graves’ disease.
